Solid, locally sourced, Black Walnut makes this board stunning to look at but tough enough to keep up with your smoker.
We made this with extra deep juice grooves and an optional juice bay.
After selecting the best boards, we glue the planks together and boot up our state-of-the-art CNC machine. As soon as the juice collection system is carved out, we sand the board up to 220 grit and apply a smooth cost of Oddie’s Oil. This protectant is not only 100% food safe, but it also makes the grain of Walnut POP.
